Shipping & Returns
All orders may now be placed online through Gary Fattal Fine Jewelry e-commerce platform garyfattal.com. Once order is submitted, one of our sale representatives will confirm it with an expected delivery date. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email for placing the order & you will be notified of the shipping method with tracking details for your package.
Gary Fattal Fine Jewelry makes every effort to dispatch items within 10 working days. Once shipping has been dispatched your delivery will take up to 2-3 business days depending on each country’s procedures.
Gary Fattal Fine Jewelry ships within Lebanon and internationally with FedEx, DHL and UPS depending on the destination, insured door to door.

All our products are produced in Lebanon. They are dispatched to our offices in France and UAE and from there shipped to their final destination.
Returns
Our return policy stands for 7 days once you receive your package. After that delay, we apologize for not accepting any returns or exchanges.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition with seal unremoved, and in their original package.
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
If you decide to exchange and the item you chose is not readily available, you will be informed for the time needed to produce it. You will decide accordingly to proceed or not with the order.
All return payments will be done directly to your original credit card or payment method.
Return shipping expenses will be borne by the client.
We can arrange the return for you. You will need to inform us on info@garyfattal.com With your order details. We will send you a quote for the return items which will be automatically deducted from your refund. These are typically between 40 and 100$ depending on your location. Once you decide to return an item, our team will inform you of the return address.
Note that if you decide to return your purchase by another shipping method, make sure to add insurance to the shipment. A purchase will be considered returned once received in our address and in proper condition within 15 days, after you have received it.
